By accessing or using PropSurvivalEngine ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Provide

PropSurvivalEngine provides:

• Free trading journal with analytics, psychology tracking, and AI coaching.
• Risk calculators, consistency checkers, and challenge simulators.
• Prop firm comparison data, health monitoring, and recommendations.
• Community features including challenges, accountability partners, and a feed.
• Optional premium features via paid subscription.

3. Not Financial Advice

PropSurvivalEngine is an educational and analytical tool. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Accounts

• Journal accounts are created via session token. Securing your account with email and password is optional but recommended.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must not create accounts for the purpose of spamming the community feed or gaming the leaderboard.

5. Community Guidelines

• Community posts must be truthful and relevant to trading.
• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.
• No promotion of specific brokers, signals services, or financial products.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features are available via monthly or yearly subscription processed by Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if unsatisfied.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

PropSurvivalEngine earns commissions from some prop firms linked on this site. This does not affect our rankings, recommendations, or health scores. We recommend what is best for the trader, not what pays us the most.

8. Data Accuracy

We strive to keep prop firm data, pricing, and comparisons accurate. However, firms change their offerings frequently. Always verify details on the official firm website before making a purchase decision. We are not liable for outdated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PropSurvivalEngine is not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from the use of our tools. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
